FreedomWorks for America Brings Grassroots Energy to North Carolina Primary
WASHINGTON, D.C. — As voters head to the polls in North Carolina today, FreedomWorks for America is proud to highlight the exceptional work our grassroots activists have undertaken to get out the vote for two of our endorsed candidates: Ted Budd for United States Senate and Bo Hines for North Carolina’s new, thirteenth congressional district.
“Rep. Ted Budd is a proven freedom fighter who will do an incredible job in the Senate,” commented Noah Wall, FreedomWorks for America Executive Director. “The grassroots is energized and excited to stand by his candidacy, as exemplified by the more than 130,000 peer-to-peer texts our activists have sent within the past 24 hours encouraging voters to turn out for him at the polls. FreedomWorks for America’s digital video ads for Rep. Budd have reached over 1,885,000 television screens and mobile devices across the state.”
“Likewise, Bo Hines is an excellent candidate who promises to fearlessly and vigorously take on the D.C. establishment. With our digital video ad efforts, 480,452 impressions have been left on voters through television and mobile devices. Our grassroots activists have also sent out 24,000 peer-to-peer texts to rally North Carolina voters behind Hines and the conservative values he unapologetically stands for.”
“We wish both candidates the best of luck today, and look forward to what are sure to be positive results.”
