FreedomWorks for America Congratulates Rep. Mary Miller on Victory in Illinois Primary

WASHINGTON, D.C. — FreedomWorks for America is proud to congratulate Rep. Mary Miller on her victory in Illinois’ 15th congressional district’s Republican primary. To get out the vote, FreedomWorks for America activists sent out nearly 26,000 peer-to-peer texts on Rep. Miller’s behalf in the 24 hours leading up to the primary. 

“Since joining Congress in 2021, Rep. Miller has stuck to her guns and been a bold and effective champion for freedom,” commented Noah Wall, FreedomWorks for America Executive Director. “Clearly, voters in Illinois’ 15th agree, and have rewarded a job well done by casting their ballots for Rep. Miller at the polls tonight.”

“Despite shameful gerrymandering of the Illinois map by Democrats in Springfield that resulted in much new territory, Rep. Miller held true to her campaign promises and will continue to do so when she wins in November. Resisting Biden and Democrats’ radical agenda is job number one for conservatives. Holding substandard Republicans like Rep. Rodney Davis (whom Mary thankfully defeated tonight) accountable is just as important. Mary’s best work is still ahead of her. Just imagine what she will be able to accomplish, along with the House Freedom Caucus and other liberty-aligned Members, when a conservative majority comes to power.
